REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026 ELECTIONS

Registration for the 2026 parliamentary elections for expatriate Lebanese citizens who wish to vote outside Lebanon is now open

Every Lebanese citizen residing outside Lebanon, born on or before March 30, 2005, can register to vote in the 2026 Lebanese parliamentary elections.
Registration starts on October 2, 2025 and ends on November 20, 2025 at midnight, Beirut time (23:00 CET).
You can register online on the dedicated registration platform.
You will need 2 documents to do so:
-First mandatory document: Lebanese ID, or Lebanese civil registry extract, or Lebanese passport (expired passports can be used for registration, but will not be accepted to vote on Election Day).
-Second mandatory document: a residence permit in the Kingdom of the Netherlands (The Netherlands, Aruba, Curaçao, Saint Martin) or a Dutch identity card, or a Dutch or EU passport, or a Dutch driving license.
