Visa

 

The processing time for visa applications is approximately five working days unless a prior clearance was needed from the General Security in Lebanon.

 

 

 

 

Visa (Family Visit)- Lebanese Origin

  • Required Documents

    1. Fill out a Visa Application Form (Word file, PDF file).

    2. Two passport size photos (with a white background).

    3. An original passport  (valid for at least 6 months).

    4. Photocopies of the passport pages containing the full name, photo, passport #, issue date, and expiry date (one copy of each page).

    5. One copy of a Lebanese ID (Tazkarat at-Hawiya ot Ikhraj Kayd).

    6. A non refundable re-tour ticket reservation.

    7. Hotel confirmation or the address and full contact information of the host.

    8. A proof of available funds of at least 2000 U.S Dollars  (e.g Credit cards)

    9. For minors: a Parental Consent Form (Word file, PDF file) is required from both parents, stating that they allow their child to travel independently. If one of the parents is of Lebanese origin, please include a marriage certificate as well.

    10. Copies of all original documents presented.

    11. All documents and copies should be A4 sized papers (same size as the application form).

Tourist Visa
  • Required Documents

    5. For non-EU citizens, a residence permit in the Netherlands is necessary.

    6. A non refundable re-tour ticket reservation.

    7. Hotel confirmation or the address and full contact information of the host.

    8. A proof of available funds of at least 2000 US Dollars  (e.g Credit cards).

Business Visa
  • Required Documents

    1. Fill out a Visa Application Form (Word file, PDF file).

    2. An official letter from the employing company in the Netherlands stating the purpose of the visit.

    3. An official letter (or fax to +31 (0) 70-3620779), from the business contact in Lebanon stating the purpose of the visit.

    4. Two passport size photos (with a white background).

    5. An original passport (valid for at least 6 months).

    6. Photocopies of the passport pages containing the full name, photo, passport #, issue date, and expiry date (one copy of each page).

    7. For non-EU citizens, a residence permit in the Netherlands is necessary.

    8. Copies of all original documents presented.

    9. All documents and copies should be A4 sized papers (same size as the application form).

Note: Nationals of certain countries can obtain a free one month Tourist/Business visa (renewal for up-till 3 months) directly upon arrival at the Beirut Airport or any other port of entry at the Lebanese border on condition that the passport does not bare any Israeli stamp. Courtesy Visa (For Diplomatic/ Official Visitors)

  • Required Documents

    1. A Diplomatic or a  Service passport.

    2. A recommendation letter explaining  the nature & the extent of the mission. The letter should clearly request a courtesy visa.

    3. Fill out a Fill out a Visa Application Form (Word file, PDF file).

    4. Two passport size photos (with a white background).
